While doing the UBS project, we face many challenges from the beginning until the end of the project. Firstly, at the beginning, we face the difficulty in finding a company that are willing to give us the company documents because of its privacy and confidential. Finally, we manage to get a company (Setia Maju Mini Mart) in Putrajaya which agreed to work with us after we inform them about the purpose and objectives of the project and the potential benefits to the company by participating in the project.
The second challenge is related to transportation. We do not have any vehicle such as car or motorcyle and this makes our movement to the company very limited and difficult. We have to take public transportation from Shah Alam to Putrajaya and the transportation cost is quite high for us students. But we are very relieved that this is one of our journey to achieve success and the experience makes us more matured and independent.
The third challenge is maintaining cohesiveness and close cooperation within the group. At the last phase of our project, i.e. during preparation of our final report, there are some disagreement between us in the group on certain issues. Each one of us has some opinions and ideas but are not agreeable with the other person. Everyone try to express their feeling and when we were in tension, some arguments occurs between us. However, "Syukur, Alhamdulillah", everything was OK at the end, and we are able to finish this project on time.
Lastly, the last challenge encountered by our group is when we want to make hard cover binding for this project. It was very difficult to find a shop that is able to make our hard cover quickly. Usually, it needs about 3 days to make this hard cover. Alhamdulillah, we found a shop in Section 2 that can make this hard cover in only 1 hour but we need to pay slightly higher which is RM 60 ..... but we are very happy and satisfied with their service and we able to complete this project on time.
